I have since August 2010 become a VFF fan. I enjoy the minimalism of the shoe. I started with the Treksport and now Bikila LS. Even though it has toe compartments I really enjoy workout out in this shoe. It didn't take long to get use to them, I think after 3 to 4 uses. These are the only shoes I like to workout/trekk in. Yes they look a little odd but who cares how they look when they work. I found out about these from a ad on a website and never looked back. I would get chin splints and now I don't. Another thing is that your feet will smell since no socks are needed but you can wash them in your washer and air dry. When trekking there are a few rocks that you might not enjoy (poke your poor foot) but that will make you more aware of how you walk. I honestly use these shoes because I feel as if no other shoes meet my needs when I workout. They really do feel close to being barefoot. The difference for me on the Bilklia LS and Treksport.

Treksport's are more form fitting to your foot and arch, which I like but at the heal it can become loose over time. It has an adjustable strap which keeps your foot in place and dirt/rocks out.

These I had to get use to because it's different on the strap and felt more loose on my arch. It's more flush on the heel and it's so much smoother inside then the Treksport. Overall I will keep using VFF and will make my way to try them all.
